FIELD: road building materials; may be used in construction and major repairs of asphalt-concrete pavements. SUBSTANCE: mixture is characterized by the total amount of asphalt binder including bitumen and fine-grained fractions of mineral powder and amounting up to 21-25 mass%, and bitumen-mineral powder ratio is within 0.40-0.50. The other ingredients of mixture are taken in the following amounts, mas.%: crushed stone, 50-55; sand, 20-22. Mixture is prepared by dry mixing of crushed stone and sand heated preliminarily to temperature of 260-280 C for 60-65 s with mineral powder having temperature of ambient atmosphere. Then, produced mass is mixed with heated bitumen for 60-65 s. Prepared asphalt-concrete mixture is placed into pavement by uniform distribution and compaction by vibration with the help of asphalt paver. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl |
