FIELD: measuring technology; strength tests of flying vehicle structures. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, flexible member, resistance strain gauges, unit for setting standard value of parameter being measured, attachment units, etc. Easily detachable housing is mounted in grooves of attachment units at spaced relation; housing performs function of limiter of flexible member displacement range. Flexible member is made of two thin-walled rings interconnected by means of unit for setting the standard value of parameter being measured along axis of symmetry. Eight resistance strain gauges connected in two independent measuring bridges are bonded on outer and inner surfaces of flexible members. Device is mounted on surface of structure by means of two attachment units. Base holes are provided on unit for setting the standard value of parameter being measured and on attachment units. Base holes are used for mounting graduation device for regular check of main characteristic of device. Device makes it possible to measure deformations in entire range of "σ-ε" diagram of materials of structure. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measuring deformations at protracted operation in high humidity by two or three times; reduces expenditures for preparation and performing measurements. 2 cl, 4 dwg |
