FIELD: designs of works for treatment and balancing of flow rate and composition of sewage waters; may be used in balancing of flow rate and composition of sewage waters and their mechanical cleaning from floating and settling insoluble impurities. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical cylindrical body 1 with conical bottom 2 and internal cylindrical partition 3. Reactive water distributor 4 with branch pipe 5 is installed in the upper part of the device. Freely installed on partition is rocker 9 with foam driving-off plates 10. Foam driving-off device has half coupling 11. Floating device 6 is located inside of cylindrical partition 3. Aerator 12 is arranged between body 1 and cylindrical partition 3. Reducer 17 is located on air duct 16. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment process with simultaneous balancing of flow rate and composition of sewage waters reduced volume and moisture content of removed fat mass.
