FIELD: plastic metal working; may be used in preparation-stamping production for manufacture of sheet parts of double and reversed curvature on stretching presses. SUBSTANCE: vibrator consists of working table and body accommodating discharge chamber filled with fluid, and electrodes with controlled spark gap between them. Discharge chamber has, at least, two discharge devices supplied by self-contained high-voltage source. Discharge devices are reinstalled inside discharge chamber to produce uniform forces of shock wave onto working table. Working table under the action of shock waves executes vibration motions in vertical direction, and amplitude of vibration of working table is regulated by spring loading devices. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
