FIELD: methods for prevention of steam penetration into lower zones where use is made of horizontal well. SUBSTANCE: horizontal well is drilled in the upper part of formation. This well is steamed by cycles up to appearance of communication of media between injection and producing wells. Injected into well is steam in the amount sufficient for heating the desired oil-bearing zone round horizontal well. Then, injected in this zone is steam without its penetration to lower water-bearing sand layer. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
