FIELD: abrasive industry, can be used for manufacture of configurated abrasive wheels, in particular, wheels with two-sided grooves and a boss. SUBSTANCE: the above wheels are moulded in three stages: in the first stage a ring die is installed in the peripheral part of the mould, abrasive mass is poured in the central part of the mould, and premoulding is carried out by a cup die at a pressure equal to 0.1 to 0.2 of the moulding pressure; in the second stage the ring die is extracted without relieving pressure of the cup die, abrasive mass is poured in the peripheral part of the mould and premoulding is carried out by the cup die at a pressure equal to 0.1 to 0.2 of the moulding pressure, in the third stage the cup die is extracted without releasing pressure on the ring die, and then the cup die and final moulding of both parts of the wheel is carried out by the upper plate. In addition to the above auxiliary wheels has a die, core, upper plate with a groove on the periphery, lower plate with a groove on the periphery and a groove in the center; the width of the groove on the periphery of the first plate equals the width of the groove on the periphery of the second plate, the depth of the central groove of the second plate equals the depth of its groove on the periphery. EFFECT: simplified technology of production of wheels with a two-sided groove and boss, reduced unproductive power and labour expenditures and consumption of abrasive material, reduced cost of abrasive wheels. 2 cl, 8 dwg |
