发明名称 METHOD FOR DETERMINING SHARE COMPOSITION OF COMPONENTS OF THREE-COMPONENT GAS-AND-LIQUID MEDIUM, DEVICE AND SENSOR FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION
摘要 FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method may be utilized in oil refining industry to test operation of oil wells. Electric fields are formed in measured medium between master electrode and pickup electrodes placed into gas-and-liquid medium. Momentary values of conductances of medium and consequently momentary values of currents picked off from pickup electrodes depend on share composition of components of gas-and-liquid medium. By integration of current picked off from each pickup electrode one determines average value of conductance of medium between master electrode and each pickup electrode during integration time. Share composition of components of gas is found directly by results of integration. Determination of share composition of two other components, oil and water, is conducted by nonlinear conversion of results of integration in agreement with dependence of shares of components of liquid on electric conductance. Multiple integration with change of direction of field to exclude influence of permanent emf which may emerge in medium on value of electric conductance is conducted to determine share composition of components of medium changing in time. All obtained results are averaged for each component and share composition of medium for time of measurement is determined. Device for realization of the method has unit 1 to set input voltages, sensor 2, integrators 3, commutator 4, analog-to-digital converter 5, nonlinear unit 6, information processing unit 7, control unit 8. Potential is fed to master electrode 15 of sensor 2 from unit 1 to set input voltages, simultaneously integrators 3 begin to integrate currents coming to their inputs from pickup electrodes 16 of sensor 2. At the end of integration period signals from outputs of integrators 3 come in sequence through commutator 4 to input of analog-to-digital converter 5 and further on directly and through nonlinear unit 6 to information processing unit 7. If quantity of signal is small unit 7 takes it as component of gas. If signal level exceeds preset minimum unit 6 determines share of oil component as function of value of input signal and present temperature of medium. signal corresponding to oil share goes to unit 7 to calculate share of water component. Results of all other integrators are processed in similar way. Then sign of potential on master electrode changes and process of measurement and extraction of component is repeated with averaging of results in unit 7 by number of measurements. In sensor 2 pickup electrodes are positioned perpendicular to master electrode and equidistantly from it. Master electrode is put on guide and pickup electrodes are located on generating line on closed surface limiting volume of measured medium. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 17 cl, 5 dwg
