FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: compounds of the general formula (XVII)where R - lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aryl-lower alkyl or heteroaryl-lower alkyl where indicated groups can be substituted at definite conditions with one or some substituents - lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aryl-lower alkyl, heteroaryl-lower alkyl, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, phenoxy, halogen, halogen-lower alkyl, amine, mono- or disubstituted amine, amide and/or sulfonamide; and R' - hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, lower cycloalkenyl, lower cycloalkynyl, aryl-lower alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, halogen-lower alkyl, hydroxy-lower alkyl or acyl; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts of this compound showing very strong anesthetic action. Compounds of the formula (XVII)are new products under condition that R has other value than 6-chloro-3-pyridyl if R' - hydrogen. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis of new compounds indicated above. |
