FIELD: defence equipment, in particular, weapons in which ammunitions with warheads outfitted with liquid or pasty explosive charge are used, but can be used in other branches of national economy, where various vessels with liquids find their application. SUBSTANCE: the aim of the offered invention is to provide the output of warhead through the joint of its parts (in the section of its maximum caliber). In the pouring outfit warhead, using a housing consisting of two parts, one of which, mainly the bottom one, has a central tube for an additional charge and a fuze, explosive charge, housing sealing components, part of the explosive charge is positioned in a cup of elastic material installed in interference fit in the warhead interior, the cup has the shape of a hollow body of revolution. In particular variants of the warhead : 1. The upper part of the cup is deformed by the housing head, and an annular boss, positioned in the joint of the housing parts, in available, which serves for sealing the warhead housing. 2. One of the cup ends rests on the mating end of the housing head. 3. The stepped cup is U-shaped in section, its U-shaped recess faces the housing head, its shorter larger-diameter arm with its lateral surface is engaged with the internal surface of the housing bottom part, and the longer arm interacts with the internal surface of the head. 4. An annular boss, whose height is less than or equal to the width of the cup U-shaped recess, is provided on the larger-diameter arm of the cup, on the outside. The method of outfit of the warhead consists in the fact that, prior to pouring of the explosive charge, the cup is installed in the housing bottom part, and explosive charge is poured in through the cup; after pouring the cup is influenced by the housing head. In particular variants of warhead output: 1. At jointing of the housing parts the cup is deformed in radial direction by the housing head. 2. At jointing of the housing parts the cup is sunk in the explosive charge by the casing head. EFFECT: simplified process of outfit and enhanced safety. |
