FIELD: filtration of liquids; filtration of lubricants-and- coolants from suspended solid particles. SUBSTANCE: filter has housing with filter elements arranged inside it; filter housing is provided with suspension supply and discharge branch pipes, shut-off fittings, safety valves, filter element regeneration system and sludge removal devices. Innovation of invention consists in form of filter elements which are made as cylindrical partitions surrounded with lattice ferrule. Base of filter element is connected with sludge discharge valve through branch pipe; branch pipe fitted with flange is mounted in upper portion; this branch is connected with interior of filter element; flange of branch pipe is secured on cover and is connected with pipe line supplying the medium to be cleaned. Branch pipe discharging filtered medium is located in lower portion of housing connected with atmosphere. Filter element regeneration system is provided with brush scrapers mounted inside and secured on vertical axle; scrapers are connected with motion drive. Torus-shaped injectors are located on outside of filter elements; injector holes are directed inward; injectors are connected with compressed air line or with line supplying the medium to be cleaned by means of flexible coupling; injectors are moved vertically. EFFECT: enhanced durability of filter; reduced operational expenditures; easier in operation and maintenance. |
