FIELD: metallurgy, metal working. SUBSTANCE: proposed luminescence magnetic powder contains (mass %); magnetic powder of iron 70-90, inorganic fluorescence pigment 3-15, organic fluorescence dye 2-7, lacquer acryl film-forming resin 3.0-10.0, silicon rubber 0.01-0.2. Initially solution of acryl film-forming resin in its monomer is prepared. Said solution is separated in two portions, silicon rubber being is added into the first portion and then it is mixed with magnetic powder of iron, inorganic fluorescent pigment, and with organic fluorescent dye. Then the second portion of said solution is added and polymerization followed by vulcanization is carried out. Inorganic fluorescent pigment and organic fluorescent dye are displaced in layers, layer of inorganic luminophor being displaced on the surface of magnetic nucleus, organic luminophor in zone above it.
