FIELD: development of oil fields; may be used in cleaning the tubing of oil producing wells from asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits. SUBSTANCE: device is made in the form of layer sections whose cores are alkali metal or alloy on its base, and cross-section provides for their passage of it in tubing. Outer shell of cores is made of aluminium with thickness of 0.01-0.1 of minimum linear size in section cross-section. Besides, section ends have connecting units for fastening the tail plugs and addition of the total length of device. Use of the device does not need dismantling of oil field equipment, and its assembly is accomplished at the well site from sections with use of special clamp secured to the flange of buffer gate or lubricator flange. Total length of the device depends on the length of plug. Device is run into well and opened lower end starts interact with medium of asphalt-resin-paraffin accumulations. As a result, a large amount of heat, gas and alkali is liberated and accumulations are melted and withdrawn to reverse vessel. EFFECT: cut down expenditures for cleaning well tubings. |
