The motor-reducer includes the base plate which has carbon brush holders (3) with brushes inserted and mounted along its periphery. The brushes are electrically fed by electronic components (4,5) mounted on shock absorbers on the base. The electrical components are connected to the brushes by flexible wiring (41,51). During assembly, fixing plates (11,12) are slid under the electrical components to prevent them from moving and breaking.
