PURPOSE: To prevent seizure by improving durability of a thrust bearing to be arranged between an oscillating plate and a balance weight. CONSTITUTION: A thrust bearing side end surface 67 of a balance weight 64 is formed into a stage surface constituted of an upper stage surface 67a and a lower stage surface 67b, only an edge E of the upper stage surface 67a is brought in contact with the radial intermediate part of a thrust bearing 62 when the balance weight 67 is made flex after a lock nut 66 is fastened, and load of the lock nut 66 is applied to the radial intermediate part of the thrust bearing 62 through the edge E.
