A second heat exchanger (5) in the mixing space is of the bladed type and stands parallel to the burner plate with the blades (13) angled against the mixture flow. Specifically these are bent blades whose two legs (14,15) are angled against the flow. The mixing space has an expanded entry and is closed off above by the finely perforated distributor and is joined to a blower-fitted mixture pipe. The angled exchanger (5) stands above the distributor and the radiation burner plate closes off the entire mixing space and has mixture outlets to the combustion side. The angled counterflow blades (13) absorb most of the radiation off the plate whilst providing passage for the mixture. |
