Building-site trench-formation method with ground-water barrier

The sealing trough (10) comprises a sole-plate (11) and lateral walls (12). Static supporting wall-sections are inserted in the trough near the bottom (23, 24), and the ground-water level is kept the same inside and outside the trough. The supporting wall-sections are secured by anchors (16) passing through the lateral walls (12) and into the ground (22) outside. Each supporting-wall section has an anchor attached at a point (25) above ground-water level. The holes (18) in the trough walls through which the anchors pass are sealed, while keeping ground-water level the same inside and outside the trough. The trench (20) is finally lifted out inside the supporting wall-sections (14), lowering the water-level inside it in the process.
