<p>The refillable aerosol spray device incorporates a bottle (1) with a cap fitted onto a wide neck (2). The overhanging edge (3) of the neck of the bottle retains a ring (11) with a male thread (12) on its outside surface. This thread engages with a female thread (14) on the inside surface of the downwardly extended edge portion (15) of the cap. The outside of this edge portion forms a grip surface (17). The flat top portion of the screw cap accommodates the aerosol spray valve assembly (4). The vale assembly includes a flange (5) which may engage the inside of the neck. There is a sealing ring (8) between the top of the neck of the bottle and the underside of the lid.</p>
