<p>The invention concerns a process for producing construction elements of the terracotta-based brick or tile type incorporating a given amont of mineral wool. According to the invention, between 0.5 and 25 wt.% of mineral wool waste is incorporated in the paste which consists essentially of clay. The addition of these fibres accelerates the drying of the unbaked bricks, improves the mechanical properties and permits baking at a slightly lower temperature.</p> |
