SINTERING JOINING METHOD AND SINTERED COMPOSITE MATERIAL USING SAME

A sintering joining method by which a high quality of joining can be obtained at low cost; and a sintered composite material in which the method is used. The sintered composite material is obtained by press fitting a cylindrical copper base material into a cylindrical iron base material, performing sintering at 600 DEG C or higher to expand and join the copper base material to the iron base material under pressure, and then performing sintering at 850 DEG C or higher to compact the copper base material so that the same is joined to the inside of the iron base material.
