摘要 The method involves tempering the surface of the skin at and around the tumour using non-contact temperature or heat current oscillations. The method uses heat current or other power generators. The intensity of these is controlled by temp. or heating current sensors remote from the tumour. The surface temp. distribution is measured until it reaches a quasi- stationary end state. The patient is brought into a climatised room with constant climate data e.g. room air temp., air movement, surface temp. of the room walls which have known heat emission coefficient. The patient stays there until the temp. equalisation between the skin temp. and the room air temp. is carried out. Next,a temp. oscillation is generated on the skin surface over the tumour and the surrounding area. The surface temp. is measured by a contact thermometric or contact free method. The amplitudes of the temp. oscillations are measured as temp. differences between the extreme temp. and the average skin temp. away from the tumour. If the heating of the skin is sinusoidal, the thermal impedance between the generator and the skin as a function of the location and/or phase. Rhythmic heating can also be carried out wherein between the heating phases the skin is cooled by forced cooling gas or coolant or by cooling the room air. During rhythmic tempering the set skin temp. distribution is registered as a function of time and is analysed according to amplitude and/or phase. The measurement and analysis of temp. distribution over the tumour is continued until an essentially stationary end state is reached, given by thermal regulation in organic tissue on equalising the skin temp. the that of the room. The temp. surface structure of the blood vessels to the tumour and its surrounding are directly represented using an image analysis system and analysed using static methods.
