A device, usable as a toy, for obtaining the rotary motion of a body secured to a constraint along an eccentric orbit about a stationary center, by exerting reciprocating linear movements on said constraint, thus rythmically varying the length of said constraint and accordingly the distance between the body and the center of revolution.
