The benzoxazine derivatives is made by the steps of : preparing the compound(III) by reacting the compound(I) with compound(II); preparing the compound(V) by the chain reaction of the intermediate obtained from the reaction of diethylethoxymethylenmalonate or dimethylmethoxymethylenmalonate and the compound(III); and reacting the compound(VI) which is obtained by hydrolysis of the compound(V), with the amine compound(VII). In the formulae, R is a hydrogen atom or low grade alkyl radical, X is halogen atom, and A is mono-, di- or ring-replaced amino radical.
