The invention concerns a composition for the cold cleaning of solid surfaces in a non-aqueous medium. The composition substantially comprises a mixture of alkanes or cycloalkanes and at least one organic compound comprising at least one ketone group. The composition has a flash point which is greater than or equal to 40 DEG C and less than 55 DEG C measured according to ASTM D56-70 standard.
