The compressed charge contains an N-rich blasting cpd. with >=70% combined N which can be ignited by a primer for shell initiators, and pref. consists of 1,6-di-5'-tetrazylhexazadiene-1,5 (C2H4N14) compacted with 5 wt.% binder and 15 wt.% oxidising agent.
