copying a numbering plan data into a number analysis middle data after making a service step table and a number analysis middle table and receiving one digit; deciding the analysis finish with reference to the copied number analysis middle data; deciding whether the analysis is a first step or not in case of the analysis finish, and copying it to a result data in order to know the function code copied from the middle data by a subscriber control program; deciding and processing the first service function of a service step table and the second service function of a particular service table while the digit input does not exist futhermore; and deciding whether an input digit is "#" or "*" digit or not, converting a sub-number which the middle data is accumulated in an initializing or middle data into the result data, recognizing the number analysis program about the next service function always, and enabling the service into a ISDN subscriber.
