PURPOSE:To prevent the deflection of the vehicle coarse and improved the safety by steering the rear wheels or the front wheels of the vehicle in response to the brake pressure difference between the independently antiskid-controlled right and left wheels and the absolute values of the brake pressures to correct the vehicle coarse. CONSTITUTION:Brake pressure sensors 8a-8d generating the output voltage corresponding to the brake pressure of each wheel, wheel speed sensors 10a-10d generating voltage pulses with the frequency proportional to the rotating speed of each wheel, rear wheel steering angle sensors 15a and 15b and a front wheel steering sensor 16 are provided, their output signals are inputted to an electronic control circuit 17. In this electronic control circuit 17, at the tie of the antiskid control the brake hydraulic pressure difference between the right and left wheels and the absolute values of the brake hydraulic pressures are calculated, the correction steering angle of the rear wheels is calculated based on the calculation result to suppress the deflection of the vehicle coarse. A rear wheel steering control solenoid valve 11 controlling the hydraulic pressure of a rear wheel steering mechanism is controlled in response to this correction steering angle. |
