PURPOSE: To increase a reliability in a structure of a color liquid crystal display device and to improve a display quality. CONSTITUTION: In the color liquid crystal display device, the liquid crystal 6 is enclosed in a liquid crystal cell constituted by disposing in parallel a transparent glass substrate 2 provided with a color filter 11, an acrylic resin film 12, a transparent electrode Xn and a liquid crystal oriented film 13 and the transparent glass substrate 3 provided with the transparent electrode Yn and the liquid crystal oriented film 14. Moreover, the acrylic resin film 12 has a heat resistant characteristic capable of forming the transparent electrode Xn on the acrylic resin film 12 by a low temp. sputtering, and the transparent electrode Xn is formed on the acrylic resin film 12 by the low temp. sputtering. |
