发明名称 OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide an optical information recording medium capable of realizing information recording at a high speed and with a high density, and being preserved for a long period of time by forming a recording layer with a thin film containing Ni and P. CONSTITUTION: For a substrate of the recording medium, there is given glass, an acrylic resin, a polycarbonate resin, and so forth, and the thickness is generally selected from the range of 1-1.5mm. As the recording layer, a recording layer consisting of Ni and P is employed. For a recording layer consisting of Ni and P, an Ni/P alloy is given preferably, and a composition of P in the Ni/P alloy is below 30at% or lower in general, preferably, it is 10-30at%. By sputtering, an Ni/P film is usually obtained in an amolphous state. The thickness of the film is preferably 100-1000Å, in particular, 200-500Å.
