The action of a connecting link 78 connected to the locking member is temporarily restricted, and a two- motion open function by an inside handle is obtained. The first wall 421a and the second wall 421b coupled with the coupling member 733 are formed on a pole 42, and the first open lever 731 connected to the locking member via the connecting link 78 is rotatably supported coaxially with the pole 42.
