<p>PURPOSE: To improve the dielectric absorption characteristic, and to shorten the measurement waiting time by providing a cylindrical conductor in an insulating member forming area between one signal line and an external conductor, and providing a means for connecting the cylindrical conductor to the signal line. CONSTITUTION: In a lead relay 3A, a disk-shaped insulating member 351 having a center hole 111 is fitted to one end of a cylindrical external conductor 32, and a cylindrical conductor 37A is arranged so as to contact with the outside of the insulating member 35A. A disk-shaped insulating member 36 having a center hole H2 is fitted to the other end of the conductor 32 so as to contact with the inside of the conductor 32, and a lead switch 34 is provided between the insulating member 351 and the insulating member 36 under the condition that one signal line 31 and the other signal line 33 are respectively inserted into the center holes H1, H2. The conductor 37A is connected to the signal line 33 through a wiring W, and both ends E11, E12 thereof are projected from both ends of a ring-shaped insulating member 352. Consequently, influence of the dielectric absorption is reduced by reducing the items of the members 352, 351 of a capacitance space between the signal line 31 and the conductor 32, and the measurement waiting time in case of measuring the micro current can be shortened.</p> |
