PURPOSE: To provide an injector capable of simply and securely filling an injection drug and sterilizing, by setting a piston body in the gasket side at a fixed interval from the injecting port and by-pass holes set in the outer tube part between the piston body and the injecting port and covering the by-pass holes with a covering member. CONSTITUTION: This injector 1 has bay-pass holes 11 formed on the outside tube 2 and a cover member 12 fixed on a faces of the out side tube 2 to cover the by-pass holes 11. A piston body 5 is inserted into the outside tube 2 and an injection 6 is filled in the outside tube 2. After filling, a gasket 4 is attached to the outside tube 2 and an injection needle is attached on the injecting port 2A. The injector 1 is sterilized by high pressure steam to sterilize the injection solution 6. A plunger 3 and the injection needle 7 can be sterilizedly attached after the high pressure steam sterilization. The plunger 3 is pressed in to press in the piston body 5 to the position of the by-pass holes 11 when used. The by-pass holes 11 makes inserting-in easier by by-passing the injection 6 between the filling side and the injecting port 2A. |
