PURPOSE: To improve water-proofing property without increasing the number of parts while maintaining high vibration-proofing property. CONSTITUTION: In a power unit in which the internal combustion engine and transmission mechanism of a vehicle are integratedly constituted, rubber made gasket 35 is interposed between gasket surfaces 15c, 30c which are opposed to a transmitting case 15 for covering the transmitting mechanism and a cover 30, the U-shaped cross sectional gasket 5 is fit to one gasket surface of the transmitting case and one cover, the other outer circumferential part of the gasket surface is covered with projection part 35a which extends from the gasket 35.
