RUBBER COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the processability of an unvulcanized rubber and heat buildup properties and abrasion resistance of a vulcanized rubber thereof. CONSTITUTION: This rubber composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. rubber component prepared by blending 30-80 pts.wt. natural rubber or polyisoprene rubber with 20-70 pts.wt. polybutadiene rubber having 110-140 linearity value indicated by the viscosity of a toluene solution thereof with 30-80 pts.wt. carbon black capable of satisfying conditions of (a) 130<=N2 SA<=155, (b) 1.05<=N2 SA/IA<=1.15, (c)ΔDst /Dst <=0.90 and (d) 92<=24M4DBP<=105 (N2 SA is the nitrogen adsorption specific surface area; IA is the amount of adsorbed iodine;ΔDst is the half-width of flocculate distribution; Dst is the diameter of flocculates; 24M4DBP is the volume of adsorbed dibutyl phthalate oil).
