PURPOSE: To provide a lumbago preventing equipment not corresponding to a medical work in which the backbone receiving a compressing force everyday can be easily pulled with a safe pulling force according to one's own physical strength in his home or jobsite according to his convenience. CONSTITUTION: On an inclined base having a cylindrical braces (2) installed to both long side surface middle parts of a rectangular plate (1) having a smooth surface, one short side part of the plate (1) being put on a support base (3) to incline the plate (1), a person lies on his back with the head up, holds the braces on both the sides by the respective hands, supports his own inclined body weight to prevent the slippage, and draws the backbone by the inclined weight of the free lower half body. |
