PURPOSE: To restrain the deterioration of a vibrational characteristic in a piezoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION: This piezoelectric transducer 10 is constituted by what the underside of a piezoelectric member 10A and the topside of another piezoelectric member 10B are stuck together. An electrode 13 as a reference potential electrode is formed on the whole of this joined surface between both the members 10A and 10B. An electrode 14 which is impressed with a driving ac voltage for vibrating the transducer 10 is formed on the underside of the piezoelectric member 10B. In addition, two electrodes 11 and 12 as a piezoelectric voltage detecting electrode attending on Coriolis force are formed in parallel in the longitudinal direction at both ends of the top side of the piezoelectric member 10A. Each fine conductor as the lead of respective electrodes is connected to these four electrodes 11 to 14 being exposed to the outside at the nodal point part of resonance vibration in the piezoelectric transducer 10. |
