<p>PURPOSE: To prevent phases from being synchronized with a frequency except a prescribed frequency and to facilitate adjustment operation for synchronizing the phases with the prescribed frequency. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the phase lock oscillator circuit in which a reference oscillator 2, and sampling phase detector 4, loop filter 6 and VCO 7 constituting a phase lock loop are arranged, a frequency divider 17 is provided to divide the frequency of an oscillated signal from this VCO 7 into N pieces and these N frequency-divided signals each are supplied to this sampling phase detector 4. Thus, a phase comparison frequency can be made 1/N in comparison with conventional one and the ratio of range of phase pull-in frequency to the phase comparison frequency is increased. Therefore, the phase lock is hardly synchronized except the target frequency and further, adjustment for phase lock is facilitated as well.</p> |
