<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the burden of the maintenance engineers and also to reduce the possibility for producing the improper check plans and processing the improper check data. CONSTITUTION: An electrical equipment check data processor inputs the check results of electrical equipments and decides the propriety of the check data to process these check results. The data processor is provided with n equipment specification production part 15 which produces and stores the specifications of electrical equipments that are periodically checked, a check plan designing part 10 which designs the long period check plans based on the check standards, a request form preparation part 11 which extracts the equipments to be annually checked and the replasceable parts in every process type number and prepares the request forms of jobs, a check record preparation part 12 which checks the electrical equipments based on the request forms and prepares the records of check data, a result processing part 13 which registers the check data and the repair/incongruence histories of the completion, incompletion and check modes, i.e., the check data as the annual results of the long period check plans, and a check plan correction part 14 which corrects the long period check plans of the next and following years based on the information on those chack results.</p> |
