PURPOSE: To uniformly heat a matter to be sterilized regardless of its putting position, and quickly and surely sterilize it. CONSTITUTION: Each shelf part 2a, 2a for placing matters 1, 1 to be sterilized is formed of an upper plate 12 and a lower plate 13. The lower plate 13 has a number of small holes 16, 16 in the lateral middle part. Passages 14, 14 are provided in positions opposed to nozzles 4a, 4a for injecting hot water between both lateral edge parts of each shelf 2a. The hot water blown out from the nozzles 4a, 4a arrives onto the lower plate 13 through the passages 14, 14. Further, this hot water flows down onto the matters 1, 1 to be sterilized on the lower stage through the small holes 16, 16. |
