PURPOSE: To provide a film having high light-shielding rate, excellent insulating property, heat-resistance, adhesion property and storage stability at room temp. in which a fine pattern can be easily formed by using a unsatd. group-contg. compd. prepared by effecting the reaction between a specified epoxy compd. and a (metha)acrylic acid and further an effecting the reaction between the product and a polybasic carboxylic acid. CONSTITUTION: The compsn. consists of an unsatd. group contg. compd. (compd. A), photopolymn. initiator or sensitizer (component B), one or more kind selected from among black org. pigments, org. pigment of mixed colors and light- shielding material (component C) and compd. having epoxy groups as an optional component (component D). The component (A) is prepared by effecting the reaction between an epoxy compd. essentially comprising a compd. expressed by formula and a (metha)acrylic acid and further effecting the reaction between this reaction product and a polybasic carboxylic acid or its base. In formula, R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms or 1-5C alkyl groups, X is -CD, -SO2 - or X is not present, (n) is an integer 0 to 10. The component (D) is compounded by 0 or <=1 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. |
