<p>PURPOSE: To provide a waste recycling plant for recovering and recycling useful materials, designed so that a large quantity of mixed wastes containing organic matter including the leavings, tea grounds and fruits is continuously crushed, the organic matter is sorted by a sorting machine and then fermented and recycled in the form of fertilizer or feed, and also inorganic matter including empty metallic cans and concrete blocks are sorted. CONSTITUTION: This waste recycling plant is equipped with crushers 10, 20 for organic matter-contg. wastes, a sorting machine 30 with such a scheme that a crushed material is received and then sorted into at least two kinds, i.e., sieve mesh-passed material and further-to-convey material, on sorting block 31 where the crushed material is conveyed through a plural combination of rotors consisting of alternately arranged plural small and large wheels and concurrently sorted through the sieve meshes among the wheels, and a fermentation device 120 in which the organic matter fallingly sorted through the meshes of the sorting machine 30 is received and then fermented into fertilizer or feed. Prior to processing in the fermentation device 120, metals such as iron or aluminum are recovered properly, and besides, solid fuel is made according to the amounts of combustibles in the wastes, and/or a preheating agitator 50 and/or a dryer 65 are set up appropriately according to the moisture content of the wastes.</p> |
