HIGH PERFORMANCE-RETAINING TYPE CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR BY TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT OF VARIOUS FUNCTIONS IN EACH PART

PURPOSE: To provide a high performance-retaining type centrifugal separator in which various functions are enhanced and a new mechanism is fulfilled. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary pipe 11 is provided in the hollow hole of a hollow axis 3 of rotation to supply an object liquid to the body 1. The object liquid is uniformly sent to the inner wall of a separation tank 4 by providing a discharge plate 13 in the place passing the object liquid through a tank inflow port 10. The object liquid is separated into solid and liquid in the separation tank 4 and clarified liquid flows upward and is discharged from a discharge port 7 of clarified liquid. The tips of forced precipitators 5 are slightly immersed in the surface of clarified water to increase precipitation effect. Further, a misting prevention device 16 made of a net is incorporated near the discharge port of the clarified liquid and misty scattering is prevented. A stripping device 6 for accumulated fine particles is stuck to the inner wall of the separation tank 4 during operation. Accumulated fine particles are stripped by stoppage of operation and allowed to fall downward and directly discharged to the outside of the centrifugal separator by providing an introduction port 8 of the accumulated fine particles in the base of the separation tank 4.
