PURPOSE: To obtain molokheiya-containing tea removing a fish-like smell of molokheiya and having improved taste and color by contriving improvement of drying. CONSTITUTION: Tea leaves and molokheiya are separately steamed, the steamed tea leaves and molokheiya are cooled, the resultant tea leaves are mixed with the resultant molokheiya and crumpled, dried to obtain molokheiya-containing tea. A heated air is used to dry outer surface of the tea leaves on which the molokheiya component attaches, and inside of the tea leaves are dried by using a microwave. |
