PURPOSE: To prevent a user from overlook a desired image during browsing display. CONSTITUTION: A control part 21 stops browsing reproduction when a user operates a display speed input part 20; and it is judged that the user is interested in the current display image and gazes at it, and the gazing time is counted with the clock of a clock generation part 19. When the time T integrated by the control part 21 exceeds a certain time, a mark of 1 or 2 is registered in the are of a mark table 18 corresponding to the display image. When an image is read out of an image file 11 at the time of the browsing reproduction, the mark table 18 is referred to and it is decided whether or not there is a mark. After the read image is displayed, a marked image is made long in timing of switching to a next image to display only the marked image for a long time.
