PURPOSE: To provide a generating device for print data which efficiently controls the print data and then lightens the load on a computer to make data process efficient. CONSTITUTION: As for a storage means, image layers (L1, L2, L3.../M1, M2, M3.../C1, C2, C3...) are set and stored by print attributes having common attribute contents among print attributes added to graphic material data and character material data, and graphic material data and character material data having the same attribute contents of the print attributes are stored together by those image layers, so that the material data are controlled together by the common print attributes. |
