<p>PURPOSE: To provide a heat exchanger with excellent brazeability of each part and without any problems of erosion. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger is provided with a tube for a working fluid passage provided with a brazing filler metal on its surface, a header plate (or a header pipe) provided with the brazing filler metal on its surface, and a fin, and the tube and the header plate (or the header pipe) are brazed with the fin. In the brazing, the brazing filler metal is used where the ratio of the liquid phase in the brazing filler metal to be used in brazing the fin with the tube is smaller than the ratio of the liquid phase in the brazing filler metal to be used in the tube with the header plate (or the header pipe).</p> |
