CONSTITUTION: A maximum engine speed Nemax and a minimum engine speed Nemin are set according to inclination (S31). A maximum torque ratio Gemax and a minimum torque ratio Gemin are calculated based on them and an output rotational speed No of a transmission at that time (S32, S33). Target power is set based on running resistance, while a target transmission ratio itgt is calculated based on the target power. A target transmission ratio itgt is regulated such that a torque ratio is within the maximum torque ratio Gemax and the minimum torque ratio gemin (S36, S38). When a throttle is largely operated (S37), control is allowed based on the target transmission ratio itgt correspondingly to a torque ratio exceeding the maximum torque ratio Gemax.</p> |
