PURPOSE: To produce a resin molding having an excellent mirror surface in a short cycle by providing radiation heating means at a rear surface at the position opposed to the rear surface of a molding surface at a specific temperature or higher, and providing means for cooling the molding surface to a specific temperature or lower. CONSTITUTION: Means 5 for radiation heating the rear surface 30 of a molding surface 30 is provided at the position opposed to the rear surface 31 of the molding surface 30 in a space B for heating the surface 30 to Vicat softening temperature deg.C or higher of thermoplastic resin of the surface 30. Further, mechanisms 70, 71, 72 for cooling the surface 30 to (Vicat temperature -10) deg. or lower are provided to constitute a mod. Since the surface 30 with which molten resin is pressed in close contact is heated to the Vicat softening temperature or higher by the means 5, the surface 30 can be clearly transferred to the surface of the resin, and the transfer of an embossed surface or a mirror surface is improved. Since it is rapidly cooled by the cooling mechanism, the molding can be rapidly removed from the mod, and the molding cycle can be shortened. |
