<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a multi-layer molded product composed of a mixed layer and a new generated material layer in a barrel part comparing with a molded product for which a new generated material is used by a method wherein a composition containing a specific amount of the new generated material to a reclaimed material and the reclaimed material are used to form a multi-layer preformed product, which is blow molded. CONSTITUTION: A mixed layer is composed of a composition wherein a new generated material is contained by at least 50wt.% a reclaimed material. A multi-layer formed product is composed of an opening part 1', a support ring part 2', a shoulder part 3', a barrel part 4', and a bottom part 5'. At least in the barrel part 4', a five layer structure of a mixed layer 11', a reclaimed material layer 12', the mixed layer 11', the reclaimed layer 12', and the mixed layer 11' is provided from outside. Further, since the opening part 1', the support ring part 2', the shoulder part 3', and the bottom part 5' are a part where strength must be held as a container, it is preferably composed of a mixed layer consisting of a composition containing mush new generated material.</p> |
