COPOLYAMIDE FIBERS OF REDUCED STICKINESS CONTAINING A NORMAL PARAFFIN

A copolyamide fiber of reduced stickiness which consists essentially of a fibers forming copolyamide consisting of 70 - 95 percent by weight of polycaproamide polyhexamethylene adipamide and 30 - 5 percent by weight of at least one of comonomers copolymerizable therewith and from 0.01 to 5 percent by weight, based on the copolyamide, of at least one normal paraffin selected from the group consisting of methane series hydrocarbons represented by the formula CnH2n+2, wherein n is an integer of from 14 to 70, dispersed homogeneously throughout said copolyamide.
