PURPOSE: To permit the heating or cooling of a floor and the like at a uniform comfortable temperature having no irregularity in temperature across the whole area of a mat by a method wherein a medium supplying connecting port, for supplying temperature regulating medium to a circulation pipe, and a medium returning connecting port, returning the temperature regulating medium a returning passage, are formed. CONSTITUTION: One ends of two pieces of hot-water circulating pipes 5a, 5b, laid in parallel to each other, are connected to a hot-water returning connecting port 46 and a hot-water supplying connecting port 38 so that the directions of flow of hot-water become reverse alternately such as sending direction and returning direction. On the other hand, the other ends of the hot-water circulating pipes 5a, 5b are also connected to a hot-water supplying connecting port 39 and a hot-water returning connecting port 47 so that the directions of flow of hot-water become reverse alternately such as sending direction and returning direction. As a result, reverse flows of hot-water are generated in the neighboring hot-water circulating pipes 5a, 5b whereby the summerized amount of dissipating heat from the hot-water circulating pipes 5a, 5b in the half side of a hot-water heating mat 20 and in the remaining half side of the same becomes equal substantially and the generation of temperature variety in the left-and-right areas of the hot-water heating mat 20 can be prevented. |
